The Marketing team at Skillz managed LiveOps campaigns manually across multiple titles. Campaign creation, scheduling, targeting, and reporting were time-intensive, repetitive, and required heavy coordination between Marketing and Product/Tech. This capped how often campaigns could run and how personalized they could be.
