Live A one-page pitch built for FirstClub, the $55M Series B Indian premium quick-commerce startup. Mirrors their own product page UI. Contains a 12-month outsider's thesis on the four problems they need to solve to scale from 170K to 1M households. iPhone-shaped scroll-jacked mobile showcase. PostHog wired in to track which problems get read.
Live A clickable product prototype and 12-month roadmap built for MyGate, India's largest gated-community app, as it expands into buy, sell, and rent real estate. A scroll-jacked iPhone shows the live Homes app while the page swaps screens through the roadmap. Built on MyGate's real moat - verified residents, verified addresses, gate-issued visit passes. PostHog wired in to see what gets read.
Live A consumer decision-support web app for high-stakes purchases (laptops, phones, TVs, ACs, mattresses, headphones). Built end-to-end from product spec to deployed live app. Designed to act as a decision assistant, not a product filter.
Completed Ground-up audit of Playsimple Cryptogram - a 15-month-old casual word puzzle with 1.6M downloads and a 4.9-star iOS rating. 9 sections, 12 prioritized opportunities, full 3-quarter implementation plan. Prepared independently. Not assigned. Not guided.
